Images in Photo Story can be files with .bmp, .dib, .eps, .gif, .jhif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .pcd, .pcx, .png, .psd, .rle, .tga, and .tif file name extensions. Music in Photo Story can be Windows Media Audio (WMA), MP3, or WAV format.
Saving for playback on your computer:Once you choose this option be sure to ALSO check the quality settings at the bottom of the window. You will need to check to make sure the selected profile matches your machine.
Saving to create a CD or DVD: Using the Settings button at the bottom of the window, choose the settings recommended for your VCD or DVD player.
If you do not have computer access in your classroom, you can still share Photo Stories using a DVD player if you burn your .wmv file to DVD using DVDFlick. DVDFlick converts .wmv files to DVD files that can be played from a DVD player. To download the FREE DVDFlick software, click here.
